The Star Wheel Fryer (Model XXD-1000) is a gas‑heated continuous drum frying machine designed for short‑time, high‑temperature frying of granular and flaky foods. It features a stainless steel drum with an internal star wheel mechanism that continuously tumbles the product, ensuring even heating. Frying time can be precisely adjusted from 3 to 80 seconds. It is ideal for batch production of snacks such as peanuts, broad beans, green peas, nuts, potato chips, and rice grains.

Star wheel drum structure: The internal star‑shaped tumbling wheel continuously turns the product, preventing sticking and ensuring even heating and consistent color.
Efficient gas heating: Uses LPG or natural gas, equipped with a gas burner and pressure regulator (for LPG). The internal gas heat exchanger is made of SUS304 stainless steel for high thermal efficiency.
Adjustable frying time: Stepless adjustment from 3 to 80 seconds to meet different product requirements.
Large oil capacity: 300‑400 kg, suitable for small to medium batch continuous production.
Stainless steel construction: All food‑contact parts are SUS304 stainless steel, meeting food hygiene standards.
Easy operation: Independent motors for drum rotation and discharge enable fast unloading.
