The TCA Continuous Multi‑Layer Mesh Belt Dryer is a high‑efficiency, continuously operating industrial drying equipment. It adopts a multi‑layer stainless steel mesh belt structure, where materials move evenly through the drying chamber while hot air circulates and penetrates the material layers, achieving rapid and uniform drying. The equipment is suitable for large‑scale continuous production of dehydrated vegetables, dried fruits, tea, meat, herbal medicines, and more. With modular design, the drying section length, number of layers, and belt width can all be customized to meet different material and capacity requirements. The dryer offers stable operation, low energy consumption, and high automation, making it an ideal drying solution for food, chemical, and agricultural processing industries.
Working Principle
Material is evenly spread on the upper mesh belt at the feed end, and the belt slowly moves driven by a frequency‑controlled motor, passing through each drying section sequentially. Each drying section has an independent hot air circulation system (electric heating / steam / heat pump / gas optional). Hot air passes through the material layer from above or below the belt, carrying away moisture which is then discharged through a dehumidification system. The multi‑layer design allows material to automatically drop onto the lower belt, increasing contact area with hot air and improving drying efficiency. Temperature, belt speed and air volume are independently adjustable to ensure drying quality.
